Your Care Ambassador

As a local, family-owned company, we only hire and retain the kind of people we would want to have caring for our own family members! That’s why we only select Care Ambassadors who love to enable and care for people at every stage of life.

Each applicant is interviewed multiple times. Beyond that, they’re finger-printed and must pass a criminal background screening, employment reference checks, verification of certification credentials, review of their driving history, and a drug test. All who provide personal care must also be Certified Nursing Assistants or Certified Home Health Aides.

Ultimately, you’ll will decide if the Care Ambassador we propose is the right one for you. That said, we are proud of our ability to match each client with a special caregiver who is right for them. For some agencies in the area, sending a homecare worker is simply a question of finding a person with an open schedule, which might be a different person almost every day. Nurizon at Home is not a large franchise operation. We are small enough to know our employees personally and become involved in planning care for each client. We take pride in our knack for selecting special caregivers who also are the right match for our clients’ needs.

Our Purpose

Our Purpose at Nurizon at Home® is to help people reach their full potential so that they can live their best life.

It starts with our unique initial in-home assessment in which we identify our client’s special care needs as well as their personal growth goals.  We then work to match our Care Ambassadors and clients with the goal of a long term, flourishing relationship.

Our care Ambassadors are thoroughly trained and inspired to provide excellent care for our clients.  In addition they will fully understand their clients’s personal growth goals and be able to draw on the resources of Nurizon to provide optimal care and rewarding experience.
